To back this up, we’re proud to announce that we’ve celebrated 11 internal promotions over the past year, and we’re still counting!
But that’s not all. This year alone, we’re thrilled to share that eight of our temporary staff have secured permanent contracts at iPac, thanks to their hard work and dedication.
As we continue to grow, we’re focused on delivering structured programmes to help our valued workforce develop their careers within the business.
A key part of this effort is our newly developed Trainee Setter programme, which offers in-depth training on running thermoforming machines and managing tooling parts. The programme includes regular formal reviews and feedback at each stage, ensuring our trainees are well-prepared for the challenges ahead.
